The A101 Group of Companies is one of the largest developers in Moscow. It is included in the list of systemically important enterprises of the Russian economy. A101-COMFORT is a management company servicing the A101 residential complexes in New Moscow.
Client problems
To increase customer loyalty, it was necessary to develop an official mobile application for A101 Group of Companies for both new A101 clients and residents of New Moscow in homes managed by A101-COMFORT, including: a map of A101 areas, construction progress, utility payments, resource consumption tracking (electricity, water), communication with neighbors, A101.GIFT discount catalog, advertising spaces, and a personalized news feed.

Task
Development of the A101 mobile app and CRM system: • services and utilities for buyers and residents every day, anytime; • simple registration: just provide a phone number; • communication with the management company and neighbors; • payment for popular services; • gift and discount catalog of A101.GIFT loyalty program partners.
Solutions
Conducted an analysis of the market for residential mobile applications and CRM systems for management companies, and developed our own "A101 Resident Platform" project.
Agreed on the stages and cost of the mobile application development for residents with the contractor handh.ru, with AmoCRM as the basis for the CRM system.
Developed the A101.GIFT loyalty program, including branding, business processes, marketing plan, and communication plan with partners, aimed at increasing the loyalty of tenants of commercial premises located on the ground floors of A101 residential complexes.
Confirmed the mobile app design through UX testing on prototypes to identify the most convenient and effective interfaces.
Developed a mobile application with the key advantage of being tailored for three main types of users: • not a client of A101 — displays a reference real estate catalog and the ability to contact a sales manager; • A101 client owning under-construction real estate — provides real-time construction progress, news publication, and necessary documents; • resident of completed A101 housing — full access to the app's functionality, including utility payments, meter reading submissions, receiving personalized news, and participating in the A101.GIFT loyalty program.
For business partners and residents, we developed a convenient form for announcement publication with pre-moderation, online partner agreement processing, and offered various publication options: virtual loyalty card, website without registration, catalog and banner placements in the mobile app, printed promotional materials, and event stands for residents within the residential complex territory.
Configured the CRM system, implemented business processes, and developed an admin panel for content management in the mobile app without involving developers.
