Innovative FoodTech IT startup operating in the service and HoReCa sectors. The company's main products: SuperApp: a social network with a loyalty program, a guide to establishments, and automation of visitor interactions with the establishment (booking, order management via QR code, payment, communication). CRM system for businesses in the service and HoReCa sectors, integrated with Yclients, iiko, and r_keeper.

Client problems

The client needed a mobile application that combines the functions of a social network, a loyalty program, and visitor interaction automation with an establishment. The goal of the development was to provide users with a convenient tool for booking, order management, and payment via QR code, as well as communication with establishments.

  • Designed and implemented a payment system based on nominal accounts of Tinkoff Bank and Tochka Bank, ensuring the operation of a unified loyalty system: cashback accumulation and payment with points at any establishment worldwide.

  • Developed functions for table and service booking, order management via QR code, payment, and communication with establishments.

  • Implemented an electronic menu and service catalog, developed a unique rating system (users, establishments, menus, and services), and ensured data security through flexible profile visibility settings and electronic documents.
