Client

C&U Management Company — a digital management company specializing in providing high-quality services for managing business- and premium-class residential complexes. One of the company's advantages is offering concierge services and remote management of residential complex infrastructure: automatic door opening and elevator call to the resident's floor, video streaming from security cameras in the resident's mobile app, and more.

Client problems

C&U aimed to automate the management of residential complexes, improve interactions with residents and partners, and streamline service request processing. The goal was to develop a digital ecosystem that integrates all aspects of residential complex management and services.

Resident's personal account and app

Create a personal account and app for residents: profile management, bill payments, keyless access, parking automation, video surveillance, and service requests.

Residential complex management and security

Develop a system for residential complex management: automatic elevator calls, pass orders, remote intercom control, and video streaming from security cameras.

Service marketplace

Develop a marketplace for ordering services with filters, order history, split cart by service providers, and chat for communication with management.

Master system and mobile app for executors

Create interfaces for management staff to handle requests, manage news, dispatch services, and an app for executors with access to requests and reporting.

Solutions

  • Designed and created a multi-tier solution based on Bitrix24 and Laravel for data management. Supported integrations with external systems, including the resident's mobile app and web interface.

  • Implemented an adaptive web interface with sections for profile management, news access, bill management and payment, request submissions, and service marketplace use.

  • Developed a mobile app with sections for residential complex management and resident profile management, access to personal news, bill management and payment, request submissions, and service marketplace use.

  • Designed and built a Master system for catalog storage and service management by the management company and partners, with information transfer to mobile apps and subsequent request processing in the funnel.
